Mmmm, Pictures.
I have no story to tell. No dialog for your to read. I hope to start blogging again soon. Again I apologize for my blogging absence. I have no legitimate excuse for it. I hope these pictures will fill the hole thats in you since I stopped blogging! :) Enjoy. Critique. Comment. Complain. Donate. Whatever floats your boat.

Sweet, Tim, sweet. I LOVE the first two photographs–and am turning positivly green!!! Still can’t download the one you e-mailed, so I’m glad you posted these.
The 2nd one is frame-worthy (I’ve got wall-space!). The 7th one is neat, with the wing tip. I like the 9th one, too. Tasia (I presume, the silver?) is so beautiful I cannot refrain my sighs.
Where’ve you been flying? WHO is flying?

The second one is the one I emailed you, so don’t worry about it. Yeah, I like that one because you can see how far we are leaning because you can’t see the horizon! I love that. Yes, the silver is Tasia! :) I’ll get more pictures of her late.
If you seriously want to print out that second one, download that email I sent you and take it to Longs Drugs or whatever. The one I sent you is the full resolution image. You could print an 11x14 image and still not lose any quality, possibly even larger.
My brother is a pilot. He took me to San Luis Obispo. We were in a Cessna. :)

Awesome! My brother is going to be a pilot. I’ve never been flying like that, but I have been gliding. It was . . . breath-stealing when you realize that you’re far above earth with no engine. I loved it! Except when he gave me the controls. For some reason, we kept turning down.

Sorry, but I have to make a big correction. She should have said soaring, NOT gliding. Any airplane can glide; only sailplanes (gliders) can soar. Excuse my sister–she has a very limited knowledge of theses things. Please forgive her.

Only a child trying to prove something would have corrected her.

*blows a kiss to Tasia* You look wonderful girl! The green one is striking too, but I prefer silver :)
As for the air pics… YOUR BRO IS A PILOT!? Thanks for telling me you invidious nincompoop! *scowl*
But yes, I like the fourth one and the seventh one the best. If I were to frame any one of these though. it’d be, like Yo-Lan said, the second one… You know how neat it would look if you had a series of these on whitewashed garage walls? I would have said basement walls, but then I remembered that y’all don’t have basements in Cali… you get the point though…
Lovely. Thanks for putting them up :)

I plan on putting prints up on my wall in my room (if my aunt allows). But I want black and whites on the wall only. We’ll see. That pic might be decent b/w.
thank you, btw.

Black & White is as classic as you get! I can’t believe I stumbled upon(or was that Providence?) such talented friends. . .with my good taste!
Thanks for your defense, Tim, although my bro was right in correcting me. I’m fanatical about correcting him when it comes to something I’m passionate about. Right now, I’m urging him to start a blog, for “character; social and mental stimulation.” I can tell he’s weakening, since he reads all of ours. . .(evil snicker).
Comment by Yo-Lan — August 15, 2006 @ 9:02 pm
Haha, no problem. I don’t know if I’d say I’m a “such talented” friend. I’m not a very good photographer. Not being modest, I just am mediocre. Hopefully I’ll improve with time though.
Regarding your brother though, just because he is correct doesn’t mean he is correct in correcting you. A fool says what he knows, but a wise man knows what he says.

I love the 9th one. Only from the sky can you see a cloud’s shadow.
Comment by Pridian — August 15, 2006 @ 10:35 pm
You’re the second person to mention they noticed that! I have another one where you can see the cloud and it’s shadow in one picture. I don’t think its as nice as this picture though.
